Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the ordering and delivery of consultation, vehicle sourcing, verification and import assistance services through AutoImportBG.

Version 1.4 · effective 28 July 2026
Important: before payment, the client is shown the selected service, the final price and these Terms and Conditions. An order cannot be completed without their express acceptance.

1. Service provider and contact details

The services are provided by AUTOIMPORT BG OOD, UIC 203763394, VAT No. BG203763394, registered office and management address: 14 Mladen Stoyanov St., entrance A, apartment 14, 2300 Pernik, Bulgaria, email [email protected], referred to below as the “Provider”.

2. Scope of the service

AutoImportBG provides consultation, sourcing, review of available information and assistance with the purchase, transport and import of used vehicles from Germany and other European countries. The purpose is to reduce risk and help the client make an informed decision.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer or agreement, the Provider is not the seller of the vehicle. The purchase agreement for the vehicle is concluded directly between the client and the relevant seller.

3. Services

3.1 Consultation and personal discount code

The consultation costs €25 including VAT (BGN 48.90 until the end of the statutory dual-display period on 8 August 2026) and includes analysis and guidance on one specific case.

Following confirmed payment for the Consultation, the Provider generates a personal discount code worth €25. The code is valid for 30 calendar days from issue, may be used once, and applies only to the purchase of one of the three service packages: “Vehicle already chosen”, “Sourcing and verification” or “Sourcing with multi-point inspection”.

The code is linked to the email address used for the Consultation order and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or used with another email address. It is sent automatically to the supplied email address in Bulgarian and English and is also displayed in the relevant order under “My Account”.

If the Consultation order is cancelled, unsuccessful or refunded, any unused code is automatically deactivated. Applying the code reduces the selected package price by €25 and does not constitute a cash payment or a separate refund of the Consultation price.

3.2 Vehicle already chosen

The service costs €350 including VAT and is intended for a client who has already selected a vehicle. Its scope may include communication with the seller, review of available documents, transaction assistance and transport organisation. The indicative period is 7–14 days and depends on the vehicle location, seller readiness, carrier availability and other third parties.

3.3 Sourcing and verification

The service costs €750 including VAT. Within up to 30 calendar days, the Provider sends up to five proposals consistent with the stated criteria, budget and available market offers. A “proposal” means a specific vehicle selected after an initial review of the accessible information.

3.4 Sourcing with multi-point inspection

The service costs €1,300 including VAT and includes up to five proposals within up to 30 calendar days and one structured multi-point inspection of the selected vehicle. The inspection follows AutoImportBG’s own method and is documented through a dedicated application. The scope covers accessible elements of the body, suspension, engine, transmission, interior and equipment, as well as VIN, identifiers, documents and available history.

The client receives a structured description of the observed condition supported by photographs and video. The inspection is non-invasive and reflects what is visible and verifiable under the access and conditions available at that time. The price includes one inspection and AutoImportBG’s internal costs for organising and performing it. No separate fee is charged for that scope.

4. Order and immediate commencement

AutoImportBG services may be ordered only through the relevant order and checkout page at autoimportbg.com. An enquiry or conversation by email, telephone, social media or another communication channel does not constitute an order and does not create a service contract.

An order is considered accepted after successful payment, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and receipt of sufficiently clear criteria or information about the specific vehicle.

Before payment, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions through a mandatory checkbox and expressly requests that performance begin immediately. Following successful payment, the service is activated without any further confirmation. The client is informed of the consequences for the right of withdrawal in the event of partial or full performance.

A copy of the Terms and Conditions accepted with the order, together with the recorded consent, is sent to the email address supplied by the client and forms part of the order record.

5. Time limits and suspension

Stated time limits begin when the service is activated. A period may be suspended while the Provider awaits necessary information, a decision or a document from the client, seller or another third party. The client is informed in writing when this materially affects performance.

6. Criteria and proposals

The client must provide accurate criteria, a realistic budget and information about acceptable compromises. The Provider does not guarantee that a vehicle meeting every criterion will become available within the service period, or that the client will necessarily complete a purchase.

A budget is considered realistic when it corresponds to ordinary market prices for the requested model, age, mileage, equipment and condition during the service period. The Provider does not guarantee finding a vehicle below market level or at a price predetermined by the client. Where included in the selected service, the Provider may negotiate with the seller on the client’s behalf, but cannot guarantee a reduction or acceptance of a particular offer.

“Up to five proposals” is a maximum for the service period, not a promised minimum where suitable and reasonably verifiable offers are unavailable. A proposal is never sent merely to fill a quota.

7. Checks and limitations

Checks are based on the information available at the time: the listing, VIN data, service history, documents, communication with the seller, inspection and/or diagnostics according to the selected service.

Discovery of every hidden or future defect cannot be guaranteed, nor can the accuracy of information deliberately concealed or falsified by a seller or third party. The Provider states known limitations and unknowns. The final purchase decision is made by the client.

8. Responsibilities of the parties

8.1 The Provider undertakes to

  • work within the agreed scope;
  • distinguish between available facts, assumptions and unknowns;
  • state clearly before the order what is included in the selected service;
  • maintain traceable written communication for material decisions.

8.2 The client undertakes to

  • provide accurate information, criteria and a realistic budget;
  • respond to clarification requests within a reasonable time;
  • review submitted proposals promptly and make the final purchase decision personally;
  • maintain an active bank account capable of completing the required transfer and pay the vehicle price directly to the identified seller;
  • avoid making payments to a seller, carrier or other third party without a clear basis and identified recipient.

9. Prices and payment

The price of each AutoImportBG service is shown before the order is placed. Consumer prices are final and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The listed package price covers only the scope described for that package.

The vehicle price is not included in the service fee and is transferred by the client directly to the seller. Transport and other services performed by independent providers are also outside the AutoImportBG package price unless a written offer expressly states otherwise. Their price may depend on distance, vehicle dimensions and condition, accessibility for loading and unloading, and other circumstances relevant to the provider.

Until 8 August 2026, prices are displayed in both euro and Bulgarian lev in accordance with the applicable dual-display rules.

10. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

Where the client is a consumer, the client has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, except in cases provided by law.

Withdrawal is exercised by an unambiguous written statement sent to [email protected]. Where performance has begun during the withdrawal period following the client’s express request made before placing the order, the client remains liable for the proportion of the service performed up to the time the withdrawal statement is received, calculated on the basis of the total agreed price and the work completed.

The right of withdrawal is lost after the service has been fully performed where the statutory requirements are met and the client acknowledged this consequence before placing the order. Any refundable amount is returned without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period.

Model withdrawal statement

To: AUTOIMPORT BG OOD, [email protected]
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following service: [service].
Ordered on: [date] · Order number: [if applicable]
Consumer name: [name] · Email: [email]
Date: [date]

11. Termination and refunds

If no work has begun when a valid withdrawal statement is received, the amount paid for the AutoImportBG service is refunded in full.

If performance has begun, the Provider is entitled to the part of the agreed service price corresponding to the work already completed. Work may include analysis, communication, document review, sourcing activity, scheduling, preparation and—where included in the package—organisation or performance of an on-site inspection. Non-recoverable commitments undertaken as part of carrying out the ordered service may be reflected when determining the extent of performance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any amount retained on this basis is a settlement within the original agreed service price, not a separate service or a second charge. After full performance, no refund is due where the statutory requirements for loss of the withdrawal right are met. Any remaining refundable balance is returned within the applicable statutory period.

12. Transport and other providers

Vehicle transport is performed by independent carriers and is not an AutoImportBG transport service. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the client contracts with and pays the carrier directly. The transport price is determined by the carrier and may depend on distance, vehicle dimensions and condition, whether the vehicle can move under its own power, the time and equipment required for loading and unloading, route conditions and other relevant factors.

Diagnostics, registration assistance and other activities may also be performed by independent providers under their own terms and time limits. AutoImportBG may coordinate communication within the selected service but is not responsible for delays, damage or non-performance attributable to an independent provider or circumstances outside AutoImportBG’s reasonable control, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the client may have.

13. Communication and complaints

Primary communication is in writing to ensure clarity and traceability. Questions and complaints should be sent to [email protected]. The Provider acknowledges receipt and considers the complaint within the applicable statutory period.

14. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. It is used only to process an enquiry, order, payment and service delivery, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Consumers retain all rights under applicable consumer law and may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or the competent general conciliation commission. Information about alternative dispute resolution is available on the Commission’s website.

16. Amendments and applicable version

Each order is governed by the version of these Terms and Conditions accepted by the client when placing it. Material changes do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded unless required by law.
